The dates listed here pertain to students registered in CHRM only.  Other students must follow their own faculty’s or division’s dates for registration.  The sessional dates below (e.g. beginning and ending of classes) apply to all students taking a Faculty of Arts & Science, St. George campus course.

• May 13: Classes begin in  F and Y section code courses
• June 21: Classes end in F section code courses
• June 24-28: Final examinations may be held in courses with an F section code. Exams and term test do not necessarily have to be held on the same day as classes nor at the same times the course is offered
• June 24-28: Y class break
• July 2: Classes begin in S section code courses and resume in Y section code courses
• August 12: Classes end in S and Y section code courses
• August 13-16: Final examinations in courses with an S or Y section code. Exams and term test do not necessarily have to be held on the same day as classes nor at the same times the course is offered

Term Work and Examinations

University Closures:
The University will be closed on May 20 (Victoria Day), July 1 (for Canada Day), and August 5 (Civic Holiday.)

Confirmation of Graduation Request for November 2013
If you are planning to complete the requirements for graduation by the end of the 2013 summer session and you wish to graduate in November 2013, select “Confirm graduation” beginning July 2 from the SWS main menu. If you do not have a degree request option on the SWS, or if your degree request is incorrect, or if for some reason you are unable to record your degree request, contact your college registrar’s office for assistance.

The last day to use the SWS to confirm or change your November 2013 degree request is August 12. Changes after this date must be made by contacting the CHRM Program office directly.
