Incoming Student Advising & Welcome Events

Academic advisors and other staff from the Woodsworth College Office of the Registrar will be holding a Welcome Event and a series of virtual Q&A sessions and orientation workshops over the spring and summer to help you prepare for the fall. Details about the Welcome Event will be posted here as soon as they become available.

Visit the Welcome to Woodsworth Quercus Site

Starting in June, you will have access to the Welcome to Woodsworth Quercus site: a virtual hub for newly admitted degree students. This online resource contains all the info you'll need as a new Woodsworth student including info and videos on course enrolment, fees & deadlines, orientation, and more! Be sure to visit the Welcome to Woodsworth site to access these resources. 

Jump Start Academic Skills Webinars

The Jump Start Academic Skills webinars - presented by the Woodsworth College Academic Writing Centre - provide you with helpful tips and strategies for success in your first year courses. Webinars will run mid-to-late August and topics will include academic "survival skills," university-level writing and critical thinking. Details will be posted here as soon as they become available.

Woodsworth Orientation is a series of fun & educational events designed to ensure that you have a smooth transition academically and socially into university. Make new friends, have fun and get to know the Woodsworth community and opportunities around campus!

Black Student Orientation (BSO)
