Emails/Mailings to expect:
Woodsworth College’s graduation photos are taken by Lassman Studios. The email from the College will include information on how and when to sign up for a sitting.
If your name in ROSI is not exactly how you wish it to appear on your diploma, you must come to the College with appropriate documentation and fill out a “Name Change” form. The deadline for submission of this form is March 20 if you plan to graduate in June, and September 29 if you plan to graduate in November.
Students with outstanding fees will are permitted to graduate however, they will NOT be able to collect their diploma/parchment at the Convocation ceremony (nor will they be able to order transcripts) until all arrears have been cleared. Please check your ROSI account to determine if you are still carrying a financial balance. Fees must be paid in full by the end of April to ensure that your diploma will be available in June and by mid- September for the November convocation.
Students who require confirmation of their eligibility to graduate prior to the convocation ceremony, can request a letter from the Faculty of Arts and Science. Please note that confirmation letters will only be issued to students with a zero balance.
The Office of Convocation will email you with information on how and when to get your tickets to the ceremony, how to arrange rental of your academic gown, and where to assemble for the ceremony. This information is usually sent a month or two prior to the ceremony.
