Name Changes

If your name in ROSI is not exactly how you wish it to appear on your diploma, you must come to the College with appropriate documentation and fill out a “Name Change” form.  The deadline for submission of this form is March 20 if you plan to graduate in June, and September 29 if you plan to graduate in November.

Outstanding Fees

Students with outstanding fees will be allowed to graduate however, they will NOT be able to collect their diploma/parchment at the Convocation ceremony (nor will they be able to order transcripts) until all arrears have been cleared.  Please check your ROSI account to determine if you are still carrying a financial balance.  Fees must be paid in full by the end of April to ensure that your diploma will be available in June (by mid-September for the November convocation).

Convocation Ceremony

The Office of Convocation will email you information about how and when to get your tickets to the ceremony, and how to arrange rental of your academic gown, where to assemble for the ceremony, etc.  This information is usually sent a month or two prior to the ceremony.  NB: This email will be sent only to valid UTOR email addresses.
